Mileage1,230Service Date8/27/2025Services Performed- Customer complaint that check engine light is on with misfire on cylinder 2 & 4. Customer states hit a deer and check damage to harmonic balancer. No damage to harmonic balancer found, but found damage to fan clutch blade assembly. Engine is vibrating really bad. All blades gone except 2 on fan. Recommend replacing fan clutch & blade, then recheck for vibration concern.
- Want to fix vibrating concern, then chase after misfires.
- Remove and replace fan clutch and blade to start and re-evaluate.
- Remove and Replace Oxygen Sensor.
- Test drove 11 miles working to design at present.
