    • Replace front brake pad linings and front brake disc rotors. Clean and lubricate brake calipers and slide mechanisms. Check and fill brake fluid. Bleed air from system. Road test vehicle.
    • Remove and replace calipers
    • Steering fluid from system, install flush chemical into steering reservoir, flush steering hoses, steering gear and pump. Remove flush chemical from system and install synthetic power steering fluid, bleed system of air, Road test.
    • Remove and Replace Spark Plugs and Wire Set.

    • Customer complaint that check engine light is on with misfire on cylinder 2 & 4. Customer states hit a deer and check damage to harmonic balancer. No damage to harmonic balancer found, but found damage to fan clutch blade assembly. Engine is vibrating really bad. All blades gone except 2 on fan. Recommend replacing fan clutch & blade, then recheck for vibration concern.
    • Want to fix vibrating concern, then chase after misfires.
    • Remove and replace fan clutch and blade to start and re-evaluate.
    • Remove and Replace Oxygen Sensor.
    • Test drove 11 miles working to design at present.

    • Verified customer complaint. DTC is p0430. Drove vehicle til full hot and monitored live date, neither cat is performing as it should. I would like to replace both cats (it's a Y pipe type with both cats on one piece), the reevaluate the vehicle.
