Customer complaint to check oil in coolant. Found oil in coolant reservoir/radiator. Found coolant leaking out engine oil filter. Suspect cylinder head gaskets blown. Recommend replacing cylinder head gaskets and inspection of block/cylinder heads once torn down to verify no other concerns.
Towing
Remove and Replace Cylinder Head Gasket.
Remove and Replace Water Pump.
Evacuate and recharge A/C System, Check Belts/Hoses, Check Vent Temperature and Temperature Controls, Check for leaks.
Lubricate and check chassis. Change oil and oil filter. Check air filter and breather filter. Check all fluid levels and tire pressures. Perform safety inspection.
Inspect hoses an clamps. Pressure test cooling system. Power Flush engine, radiator, and heater core. bring Antifreeze to -35* degrees. Add water pump lubricant and cooling system rust and corrosion protectors. Check thermostat and electric cooling fan operation as applicable.
Machine head, recondition valve
Remove and replace with good used transmission 123,000 miles 6 month internal part warranty.

Found front right axle shaft broken. Found front left axle shaft has play. Recommend replacing both front axle shaft assemblies, then recheck for proper operation. Found both front wheel bearings loose. Recommend replacing both front wheel bearing assemblies, then recheck. Perform alignment after axle replacement and wheel bearing replacement.
Tighten strut bolts/nuts
Remove and Replace both front wheel bearings (Loose).
Remove and Replace both front axles.
Remove and replace left front axle seal.
Includes: Front and rear suspension visual safety check. Adjust front and rear toe. Adjust caster and camber to factory specifications where applicable. Labor does not include installation of adjustment cams to correct alignment.

Scope and diagnois for poor running, found lean #3 cylinder Recommend compression test found #1 cylinder 192 PSI, #3-191 Psi, #2-131 PSI-32% loss, #4-162 PSI-16% loss-both cylinder issue on drivers side head-appears to have been changed possible head or ring issue. Would need teardown and further inspection.
