Customer complaint that check engine light is on. No codes stored due to battery being dead/replaced. Paperwork from dealer showing two codes; P0171 & P0174 for system lean bank 1 & 2. After viewing some live data, suspect vacuum leak. Smoke tested intake system and found vacuum leak coming from EGR valve. Recommend replacing EGR valve, then recheck.
Remove and Replace Egr Valve.
Remove and ReplaceSpark Plugs and wires.
Remove and Replace Air Cleaner Element.
Perform PCM calibration.
Perform premium fuel injection cleaning

Found missing caliper bolt on RF caliper, rec replace caliper bolt on RF and remove, inspect, lock tight and torque LF caliper bolt. System has air in system, rec brake bleed. Found brake pads installed on wrong side, rec swap pads. Note**Lug nuts "Loose" not torqued After repair of caliper bolt, pad swap and brake bleed, Torque 150 FTLBS, test drove and brakes are operating to design at present.
