    • Found vehicle towed in for crank no start. codes P0171, P0174 fuel system lean both banks. installed fuel pressure gauge, no pressure with key on or while cranking. back probed connector at TIPM, 12v out of TIPM to fuel pump. rec start by replacing fuel pump and retest.
    • Remove and Replace fuel pump.
    • Lubricate and check chassis. Change oil and oil filter. Check air filter and breather filter. Check all fluid levels and tire pressures. Perform safety inspection.

    • Verified customer concern, found system has no charge in it. Performed vacuum leak test, no concern found. Performed pressure leak test and found both service valve leaking. High side valve is corroded and stuck in service port. Line replacement required.
    • Verified customer concern, found vent valve stuck partially closed. Recommend replacement and retest.
    • Lubricate and check chassis. Change oil and oil filter. Check air filter and breather filter. Check all fluid levels and tire pressures. Perform safety inspection.
    • Remove and Replace Natural Vacuum Leak Detection Pump.
    • Evacuate and recharge A/C System, Check Belts/Hoses, Check Vent Temperature and Temperature Controls, Check for leaks.

    • Inspection found drive train noise from rear differential. Noisy left front hub assembly.
    • Replace with good used housing and reassemble with necessary parts needed.
    • Remove & Replace Left front axle hub, (Noisy)
    • Check brake fluid for moisture and contamination. Inspect all hydraulic line and hoses. Inspect calipers and wheel cylinders. Inspect master cylinder and cap. Flush entire brake system including master cylinder, calipers, wheel cylinders until clean.
    • Replace front brake pad linings and front brake disc rotors. Clean and lubricate brake calipers and slide mechanisms. Check and fill brake fluid. Bleed air from system. Road test vehicle.
